Even before the pandemic, stress, anxiety and challenging behavior were on the rise in our children. Now we have awakened to a world where mental and social-emotional health is as important as anything else we can do to support our children. Knowing how to calm ourselves down, self-regulate, focus, and reduce stress is the foundation for all learning. It is important as math, science, or literacy. Children can’t learn when stressed. They need skills to deal with their emotions in the present in order to face the challenges of the future.

Yoga Supports Learning

Yogapalooza with Bari Koral has empowered thousands of teachers, with limited or no prior knowledge, to become highly effective at sharing yoga and mindfulness in their classrooms. This is changing behaviors and changing lives.

Yogapalooza is a magical yoga curriculum that helps any educator immediately incorporate fun and engaging yoga. These activities are enjoyed daily by thousands of children, teachers, and parents. Children “sleep” like a pony in the barn, learn yoga with a dancing bear, go on a dragon hunt, practice with unicorns, and much more.
